5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is met.
• The same user may not use multiple promotional offers at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Bonuses have a set validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
• If bonus misuse or an attempt to earn through manipulation is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

5.3 VIP Benefits and Cashback

For example, as a Gold member, if your net loss for the week is ৳20,000, you will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180. Cashback rates vary by tier: Bronze 0.3%, Silver 0.6%, Gold 0.9%, Platinum up to 1.2%.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and other services are available on kriya kriya11. Once a bet is finally confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is confirmed by mistake due to a technical fault or system error, kriya kriya11 reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement
